How to buy


REGISTER AS USER

To purchase in SPRINGMAKERS.NET it is necessary to register as a new user, this process only takes few minutes and it is free.

HOW TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS?

Once you have entered with your user name and password, fill your cart selecting the products you wish, to make this click on the link ”purchase” which appears on the extended file of each product. Click here to download the instructions in a PDF format.

HOW TO ADD OR MODIFY PRODUCTS IN THE CART?

To add more products, search the product you wish and click on the link “purchase” on the extended file of the product. If you wish to eliminate any product click on the link “My cart” on the top toolbar and delete the mark on the corresponding box of the product, then click “Update/Modify”. If you wish to modify the quantity, indicate the right quantity in the corresponding box and click “Update/Modify”. To finalize the purchase click on “Make the order”

NEED TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

The delivery address by default will be the same that you registered as a new user, if you want the order to be sent to another address delete the mark in the box called “use my personal details” and add the new address. If you wish to change the delivery address once the order is made, you will have to contact us through the Customer Care telephone number. We will make the change effective if the order has not left the warehouse yet.

NEED TO CHANGE THE INVOICE ADDRESS?

The invoice and the order will have the name of the person indicated at the moment of registering, if you wish to change these details you can make it through the link “My personal details”, this change will not affect the invoices or orders already done.

HOW TO MAKE THE ORDER EFECTIVE?

The payment of the order will be different depending on the method of payment selected. Once you may have selected the method of payment on the pull-down menu, wait for the server’s answer and how to proceed with the payment will be indicated.

DOES AN ORDER EXPIRE?

Yes. If within a specified period of time the order is not paid, this one will expire as price and delivery time conditions can change.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE AN ORDER IS PAID AND IT IS NOT AVAILABLE

SPRINGMAKERS.NET will always make the biggest efforts to avoid this. However, if finally the delivery time is longer than the one indicated, or a product is not available, you will be able to make a cancellation of the order sending an e-mail to anulacion@cromparts.com indicating the following details:

Subject: cancellation of the order

Code of the order:
Full name or business name of the buyer:
Telephone and contact person:

Once we have received such e-mail, we will proceed to cancel your order and we will refund the total amount.

STATUS OF THE ORDERS

Orders can have in the following status:

  • Pending: Orders done but pending of payment and that have not been launched yet.
  • Paid: Orders done and paid that have not been launched yet.
  • Pending Delivery: Orders launched and ready in our warehouse, pending of delivery to the shipping company.
  • Delivered: Once the shipping company has delivered the order to the client.
  • Returned: The merchandise has been returned to our warehouse.
  • Resend: The merchandise has been resent to the client.
  • Blocked: An incidence has occurred and you must contact us.
  • Invoiced: The invoice has been issued and it is available in “My orders”.
  • Cancelled: Order cancelled by the client.
  • In Transit: The order is with our shipping company and it is travelling to its destination.

Every time your order changes status you will receive an e-mail notifying the new situation. If the order is “In transport” you will be able to make the tracing/follow up through the shipping company website.

REQUEST OF ORDERS AND INVOICES STATUS

Through the link “My orders” in the top toolbar, you will be able to see the status and the details of all your orders released into your user account. All your issued invoices will also be available.

DELIVERY AREAS

We make national and worldwide shipping except North Korea.

DELIVERY SCHEDULES

For all kind of shipping, we deliver everyday before 13.00h.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are detailed in the order sheet and these ones correspond to the shipping method selected by the client.

ORDER CONDITIONS

SPRINGMAKERS.NET updates everyday prices and availability of all the products. Price and delivery time are specified on each product detailed file.

SPRINGMAKERS.NET reserves the right to modify the prices based on the increment of costs, in any case the orders already launched will keep the stipulated price at the moment the order was done.
